How do I get started with FleetWage?
Create your account, add your drivers and their pay rates, configure per-stop thresholds, and connect your payroll provider. The entire setup takes about 15 minutes.
How does FleetWage calculate per-stop pay?
FleetWage imports your FedEx settlement data and calculates driver pay based on stop counts with up to 3 customizable rate thresholds per employee. It automatically handles overtime, 6th day bonuses, and deductions.
Which fuel card providers are supported?
FleetWage integrates with WEX, Coast Pay, Piston Fuel, Fuelz, and Sunoco. Fuel transactions are automatically imported and can be deducted from driver pay.
Can I export payroll to my existing payroll provider?
Yes. FleetWage supports one-click export to ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Paylocity, ProLiant, Netchex, and other major payroll providers.
