Fleet Wage, Inc. ("Fleet Wage," "we," "us," or "our") provides scheduling, payroll, and workforce management software designed exclusively for FedEx P&D (pickup and delivery) contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website at fleetwage.com, our web application at app.fleetwage.com, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

As a workforce management platform, contractors using our Service may input information about their employees and drivers, including:

  • Scheduling data, work area assignments, and route information

When you connect your account to a third-party payroll provider (such as ADP, Paychex, or other supported providers), we transmit the data necessary to process payroll on your behalf. These transfers are initiated by you and governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policy.

We engage trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support tools, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services for us.

Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

  • Regular security assessments and monitoring

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we may retain certain data as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes. Payroll and employment-related records may be retained for the periods required by applicable federal and state regulations.
