Fleet Wage, Inc. (“Fleet Wage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides scheduling, payroll, and workforce management software for FedEx P&D contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you access or use our website (fleetwage.com), web application (app.fleetwage.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please discontinue use of the Service.

A. Account and Profile Information

  • Full name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Company name, job title, FedEx Contract Service Area (CSA) details
  • Billing and payment information (processed by third-party payment providers)
  • Account credentials and preferences

B. Employee and Driver Data

  • Employee names, contact information, and employment details
  • Scheduling data, work area assignments, and route information
  • Payroll data including pay rates, hours worked, overtime, and deductions

  • AI-Powered Features: Providing automated scheduling recommendations and workforce optimization (your data is not used for training general-purpose AI models)
  • Communications: Sending transactional messages via email, SMS, and push notifications related to your account, schedules, and payroll
  • Product Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing issues, and improving platform functionality
  • Marketing: Sending promotional communications about new features, updates, and offers (you may opt out at any time)

3. How We Share Your Information

Fleet Wage does not sell your personal data.

A. Payroll and Integration Partners

When you connect your account to a third-party payroll provider (such as ADP, Paychex, or other supported providers), we transmit the necessary data to facilitate payroll processing. These transfers are initiated by you and governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies.

B. Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect Fleet Wage's rights, your safety, or the safety or property of others.

D. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.

Fleet Wage may send SMS messages and push notifications related to scheduling updates, payroll alerts, and platform announcements. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving these communications.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP or contacting support. Push notifications can be managed through your device settings or the app. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your phone number will not be used for marketing without separate consent.

  • Employee training on data protection practices

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we may retain certain data as required by federal and state regulations for payroll and employment records, for dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Other U.S. State Residents

The Service is hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer, acknowledging that U.S. data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Service is designed for business use by FedEx P&D contractors and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice within the Service. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
