Fleet Wage, Inc. ("Fleet Wage," "we," "us," or "our") provides scheduling, payroll, and workforce management software designed exclusively for FedEx P&D (pickup and delivery) contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website at fleetwage.com, our web application at app.fleetwage.com, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

  • Company name, job title, and FedEx Contract Service Area (CSA) details
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)

B. Employee and Driver Data

As a workforce management platform, contractors using our Service may input information about their employees and drivers, including:

  • Employee names, contact information, and employment details
  • Scheduling data, work area assignments, and route information
  • Payroll data such as pay rates, hours worked, overtime, and deductions
  • Vehicle assignments and compliance documentation

C. Automatically Collected Information

  • Marketing: To send promotional communications about Fleet Wage features and updates. You may opt out at any time.

Fleet Wage does not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

A. Payroll and Integration Partners

When you connect your account to a third-party payroll provider (such as ADP, Paychex, or other supported providers), we transmit the data necessary to process payroll on your behalf. These transfers are initiated by you and governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policy.

B. Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, customer support tools, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services for us.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fleet Wage, our users, or the public.

  • Push Notifications: You may manage push notification preferences through your mobile device settings or within the Fleet Wage app.

Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring
  • Employee training on data protection practices

While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data, no system is completely secure. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we may retain certain data as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or for legitimate business purposes. Payroll and employment-related records may be retained for the periods required by applicable federal and state regulations.

The Service is designed for business use by FedEx P&D contractors and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where applicable).
