How It Works
Open Integrations
Click "Integrations" in the FleetWage sidebar.
Connect Paychex
Under "Direct Integrations", find Paychex and click "Connect".
Select Company & Enter ID
Select your company from the dropdown and enter your Paychex Company ID (found under your company name in Paychex.com).
Click Request
Click "Request" to initiate the connection. Wait approximately 5 minutes for all employees to sync from Paychex into FleetWage.
Approve in Paychex
In Paychex, go to Company Settings → Integrated Apps → Paychex Marketplace → find FleetWage → agree to terms → click Approve.

Go to Paychex → Company Settings → Pay Items → Earnings → add a new item with Earning: "Regular", Custom Name: "Hourly", and set the Start Date to the day before your payroll date.

Yes. FleetWage is available on the Paychex Marketplace at marketplace.paychex.com, making it easy to discover and connect.
